Jodi Mosley, a graduate of the Child & Youth Care Program at Algonquin College, holds certificates in Behavioural Mgmt Intervention, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, Financial Mgmt & Advanced Anti-Human Trafficking. Earlier, Jodi was the Program Coordinator & Acting Manager of Isumaqsunngittukkuvik, a secure young offenders facility in Iqualuit & held the position of Sexual Harassment Officer for the Baffin Region. In 2002, Jodi co-founded & continues to co-direct Stepping Stones Foster Care Inc., an agency that offers foster homes to children aged 0-18 years, transitional homes to youth aged 18-21 years & specialized programs for high-risk youth. SSFC provides individual & wrap-around services in a family setting.
Jodi is a co-founder & Chair of the Board of A New Day & sits on the Algonquin College Advisory Committee for the Child & Youth Care Program. Jodi is an active member of the Ottawa Coalition to End Human Trafficking & heads its training program.

Wendy Gee has served as the Executive Director of A New Day Youth & Adult Services since 2016, leading a survivor-informed, trauma- & violence-informed organization supporting youth & young adults who have experienced sexual exploitation.

With over 30yrs of experience in the social service sector across Eastern Ontario, Wendy has worked in diverse capacities as a counsellor, program developer, & organizational leader. She previously founded & directed Om4Youth, a restorative yoga & expressive arts program for at-risk youth, & served as Executive Director of the Turner Syndrome Society of Canada.

Wendy’s academic & professional credentials include diplomas in Child & Youth Counselling, Business Administration/Human Resources Management, & Drug & Alcohol Treatment Work, as well as a Bachelor of Arts. She is currently completing an Honours degree in Conflict Studies & Human Rights with a minor in Law.

Her expertise spans program management & evaluation, strategic planning, fundraising, & grant development, with a proven track record of securing resources & building collaborative, multi-sector partnerships to advance systemic change. Wendy is widely recognized for her commitment to trauma-informed care, survivor leadership, & innovative approaches to prevention & intervention.

Over the past 36 years, Wendy has worked in various capacities as a counsellor with community agencies across Eastern Ontario. In past years she has held a number of roles, including Founder & Director of Om4Youth, a restorative yoga & expressive arts program for at risk youth & ED of Turner Syndrome Society of Canada.
Wendy holds diplomas in Child & Youth Counselor, Business Admin/HR Mgmt, Drug & Alcohol Treatment Worker & a degree in psychology. Wendy has many years experience in program mgmt/planning, grant proposals & fundraising.
